Assistant Property Manager

Simone is a graduate of San Jose State University, where she received a BA and studied advertising and marketing. She began a career in sales and then property management shortly after graduation with long term experience in managing luxury apt communities in the South Bay Area for over 6 years. Simone’s market knowledge and background eventually led to portfolio management with single and multi-family properties. With a passion for building relationships and meeting the needs and goals of her clients, Simone strives for and delivers a positive and professional experience in all transactions. In her free time, Simone enjoys being an active dog mom to a large goofy brown rescue, working out, and scouting healthy new vegan restaurants.

Pamela Staub
Executive Assistant

Pamela Staub is a native to California and has lived in the Bay area for over 25 years. She attended San Jose State University where she received her my B.A in Political Science. Pamela currently works as an Executive Administrative Assistant and provides exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Real Estate Connections team. She likes to create lasting positive impressions and maximize the exposure our listings get online while taking on anything from accepting rent to giving new tenants their keys. Pamela has been working in the Real Estate industry since she received her Real Estate license since 2011.

She lives in Almaden Valley and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. When Pamela isn’t working She spends her time reading, cooking and traveling

Laurelle Danz
Property Manager

Laurelle was raised in Boise, Idaho, and has been in California since 2008. She is a Realtor as well as a property manager, and finds enjoyment in this career for numerous reasons; primarily the great opportunities of meeting families and assisting them with finding a new home.

Laurelle studied creative writing at Boise State University, where received her B.A. When she’s not working, Laurelle loves the beach, traveling, and being with her family.

My family background in the real estate industry inspired me to enter the field of property management. I have been involved in real estate sales and property management for over 18 years. Prior to my position at REC – Real Estate Connections, I was the operations manager for a large property management firm, an account manager for a large title company, as well as Homeowners Association manager. These experiences have allowed me to become well rounded in many aspects of the real estate industry. I am currently a Board of Director for Fourandhalf, an internet marketing company for property managers, and a Board member for CAL-NARPM. I’m also a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), NAR (National Association of Realtors), CAR (California Association of Realtors) and SCCAOR (Santa Clara County Association of Realtors). Nicole Carmona

Nicole’s expertise has been composed of over a decade of Property Management experience from places throughout the South Bay. Her journey began in 2002 while dealing with government funded housing communities. Being involved with these types of properties and clients allowed her to understand the multiple facets this industry has to offer. Nicole’s career then turned to managing investment residential properties on behalf of individual owners and learning about the expectations that market rate properties hold. This along with experiences in working for large luxury apartment communities helped her reach an exceptional level of service for her clients. In addition to the evolving list of great attributes, Nicole proudly holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Jose State University.
